1. Prices

Prices of entry-level LXI variant - Rs 5.73 lakh, top-end model - Rs 8.42 lakh. A price hike of around Rs 15,000 – Rs 24,000. Dual-tone variants – ZXi+ DT and ZXi+ DT AGS – Rs 7.91 lakh and Rs 8.41 lakh respectively. (ex-showroom).

2. Power

New powerful 1.2L Dualjet petrol engine has replaced the 83bhp, old 1.2L K12 powermill. The new engine produces 90bhp and 113Nm of torque (unchanged). Engine is mated to either a 5-speed manual gearbox or a 5-speed AMT unit.

Mileage

New engine gives better fuel efficiency, thanks to the start/stop function. It delivers an ARAI certified mileage of 23.20kmpl and 23.76kmpl with manual and automatic gearbox respectively. The old Swift’s unit offers 21.21kmpl.

4. Exterior

2021 Maruti Suzuki Swift has received updates such as revised front grille with cross mesh pattern and a chrome accent.

5. Interior

New fabric upholstery, a new audio head unit with feather touch controls, Bluetooth, AUX and USB connectivity.

6. Colours
