Through a highly precise heat treatment process, advanced double etching, and annealing, they achieved a striking contrast between gold filigree and the black background. This process resulted in a flawless, smooth surface with vibrant colors and exquisite detailing, displaying floral motifs. The annealing process for fine patterns is a complex and high-cost technique, ensuring continuity in the design lines. Multiple rounds of optimization were performed to achieve this precision, including adjustments to screen materials, ink viscosity, and screen printing parameters.
