POCO F7 Global Launch Confirmed with Snapdragon 8s Gen 4

The POCO F7, powered by Snapdragon 8s Gen 4, has cleared certification in India and Singapore. With a 7550mAh battery in India and 6500mAh elsewhere, the phone is tipped to offer high-end performance, a 120Hz 1.5K AMOLED screen, and 90W fast charging. The device may debut soon as a rebranded Redmi Turbo 4 Pro.

POCO, the widely popular Xiaomi sub-brand, is preparing to launch its next flagship killer — the POCO F7. With certifications now in place by both India's BIS and Singapore's IMDA under model number 25053PC47G, the global launch of the POCO F7 is all but certain.

India vs Global Variant: Various Battery Capacities

One of the main differences between the India and global variants of the POCO F7 is the battery size:

India: 7550mAh battery
Singapore and Global Markets: 6500mAh battery
Xiaomi has done this sort of region-specific hardware tweaking in the past, usually because of local regulations or pricing reasons.

Probable Redmi Turbo 4 Pro Rebranding

Leaks indicate that the POCO F7 could be a rebranded Redmi Turbo 4 Pro just like how its predecessor, the POCO F6, was constructed on the Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 and included a 6.67-inch AMOLED panel with 2400 nits brightness, Corning Gorilla Glass Victus, and a 5000mAh battery.

Launch Timeline

Though POCO hasn't announced the launch date yet, global certifications suggest that a launch in major markets is near, and India is probably going to head the rollout.
