Noida News: Ravindra Singh Yadav Faces Second Vigilance Case for Disproportionate Assets

Former Noida Authority OSD Ravindra Singh Yadav faces a second case for disproportionate assets and financial irregularities. A Vigilance investigation revealed crores of losses to the Authority due to policy violations and unauthorized land transfers.

Noida News: Former Noida Authority OSD Ravindra Singh Yadav faces serious allegations of amassing disproportionate assets and financial irregularities. The Vigilance Department's Meerut team has filed a second case against him, adding to the corruption cases already pending against him.

First Case Filed in 2023

In November 2023, the Vigilance Department filed the first case against Yadav, accusing him of financial irregularities.
The investigation revealed that Yadav acquired assets disproportionate to his known sources of income and violated government policies for personal gains.

Disputed Land Transfer Case

In 2007, Yadav transferred a plot in Sector 5's Doctor Apartment against the authority’s rules.
Transfer Fee: ₹600 per square meter was charged instead of the reserved rate of ₹9500 per square meter.
Loss to Authority: This transfer caused a loss worth crores of rupees to the Noida Authority.

24-Year Tenure with Multiple Complaints

Yadav served in the Noida Authority for 24 years. Several complaints of corruption were filed against him, prompting a Vigilance investigation. The probe confirmed his involvement in policy violations for personal gains.

Following approval from the government, the Vigilance Department has filed an FIR and initiated further investigation. The inquiry may uncover additional undisclosed assets and financial irregularities.
