YEIDA launches 2024 residential plot scheme near Noida Airport, with applications open until Nov 30. Plot draw set for Dec 27; details on plot sizes, charges, and allotment process inside.

YEIDA has rolled out its residential plot scheme 2024, just in time for the festival of Diwali. This scheme will offer a great window for successful applicants for getting residential plots close to the Noida International Airport, which is under construction. Between October 31 and November 30, 2024, this scheme will be available in Sector 24A of YEIDA, Greater Noida for 821 plots. The plots of this in-demand locality situated on Yamuna Expressway will now be available for public draws on December 27, 2024.

Plot Sizes and Price of YEIDA

The plots are available in size variants of 120 sqm, 162 sqm, 200 sqm, 250 sqm and 260 sqm. The respective charges for every plot are as follows: All plots are selling at Rs 25,900 per square meter. All the registrations must be done online by submitting the application on YEIDA's official website, www.yamunaexpresswayauthority.com. No offline payment. Preference Location Charges (PLC)

It has a special location surcharge on specific plot preference at 5% of the premium on plots facing parks or green belts, corners, or plot on 18 meters or more wide roads. This maximum additional charge for any single plot is restricted to 15% of the premium.

Terms of Payment and Lease Details
The registration charges of the successful applicants shall be adjusted in the overall cost of the plots. If allotment is not materialized for any applicant, all applicant money shall be refunded back. The amount along with all applied registration amount will have to be paid within 60 days from the date of receiving allotment letter. On that amount, an amount of GST as applicable will be added with the amount.

The plots are alloted on a 90-year lease term with a one-time lease rent payment of 10% of the total cost. Allottee has to pay for documentation and registration costs-including stamp duty-that is a non-refundable cost.
