On August 24, SBS’s drama "Good Partner" achieved a significant boost in viewership, maintaining its lead in the ratings as it started the second half of its run. Here’s a breakdown of the latest ratings and what’s new in the world of drama television.

“Good Partner” Shines with Top Ratings

"Good Partner" saw a notable increase in its ratings with its ninth episode, which aired on August 24. According to Nielsen Korea, the drama secured an impressive average nationwide rating of 17.2 percent, keeping it in the number one spot across all channels during its time slot.

The drama also achieved its highest ratings among viewers aged 20 to 49, a key demographic, with an average rating of 6.3 percent. This surge highlights the show's growing popularity and strong viewer engagement.

Ratings for Competing Dramas

In the same time slot as "Good Partner," MBC’s "Black Out" averaged a nationwide rating of 4.4 percent for its fourth episode. Meanwhile, Channel A’s new drama "Cinderella at 2 AM," which airs 20 minutes after its release on Coupang Play, debuted with a modest nationwide rating of 0.6 percent.

TV Chosun’s "DNA Lover" saw a slight increase, reaching a 0.8 percent rating for its third episode. In contrast, MBN’s "Bad Memory Eraser" held steady with a nationwide average of 0.4 percent.
