Salman Khan’s Father Speaks on Lawrence Bishnoi Threats: 'Whom Should We Apologize To?
As threats from gangster Lawrence Bishnoi continue to mount, Salman Khan’s father, Salim Khan, has broken his silence regarding the demands for an apology. Bishnoi, who has repeatedly issued death threats to Salman Khan in connection with the 26-year-old blackbuck poaching case, recently demanded that the Bollywood star apologize and pay Rs 5 crore to settle the matter.
In an interview with ABP News, Salim Khan expressed frustration over the ongoing threats. He questioned the basis of the apology demand, stating, “Who should Salman apologize to? Apologies are made to those we have wronged, but Salman has done nothing wrong. We've never even harmed a cockroach, let alone a blackbuck.
Security Tightened for Salman Khan
Mumbai Police has increased security for Salman Khan following these threats, especially after the recent murder of NCP leader Baba Siddique, for which the Lawrence Bishnoi gang claimed responsibility. Despite the rising tension, Salim Khan emphasized that the extortion demands from Bishnoi only confirm the criminal intent behind these threats.
The Bishnoi community has also weighed in, suggesting that if Salman Khan apologizes at a Rajasthan temple, the matter could be resolved. However, Salim Khan made it clear that they don’t intend to apologize for something they didn’t do, asserting that Salman never committed the blackbuck killing.
