The Bishnoi gang’s threats trace back to a long-standing issue related to the blackbuck case, in which Salman Khan was previously accused of hunting a protected blackbuck, an animal sacred to the Bishnoi community. The gang has demanded that Salman apologize to their community for this incident, threatening to harm him if he doesn’t comply. However, Salman and his family maintain that he has not committed any crime and, therefore, has no reason to apologize. This standoff has continued for years, with no resolution in sight.In light of these ongoing threats, security around Salman Khan has been tightened once again. This year alone, the Bishnoi gang has reportedly taken responsibility for a shooting incident near Salman’s residence. Although no harm was done, the police responded with strict measures, arresting several suspects connected to the event.
