Sanya Malhotra is thrilled about the upcoming premiere of her film 'Mrs' at the 2024 Indian Film Festival of Melbourne (IFFM). The film, which has been earning praise at various international film festivals, is yet to be released in India but is already generating significant buzz. Following its successful run at the New York Indian Film Festival (NYIFF), where it made headlines, 'Mrs' is now set to captivate audiences at IFFM.

Sanya recently took to social media to share her excitement, posting, "I can't wait for you guys to watch this. See you guys on August 22." She also shared a video expressing her enthusiasm for the film's premiere. 'Mrs' is a remake of the critically acclaimed Malayalam film 'The Great Indian Kitchen', which was widely appreciated after its release.

Earlier this year, Sanya Malhotra won the 'Best Actress' award at NYIFF for her performance in 'Mrs', directed by Arati Kadav. The film explores the journey of a married woman as she navigates societal expectations and discovers her true self.

In addition to 'Mrs', Sanya has an exciting slate of upcoming projects. She will star in ‘Sunny Sanskari Ki Tulsi Kumari’ and ‘Thug Life’. Additionally, she is set to appear in an untitled film directed by Anurag Kashyap, where she will share the screen with Bobby Deol.
