Seo In Guk, Ma Dong Seok, and Ji Chang Wook Set to Lead New Korean Superhero Series ‘Twelve’

Exciting news for K-drama fans! Popular actors Seo In Guk, Ma Dong Seok, and Ji Chang Wook may team up for a thrilling new superhero series.

‘Twelve’: A Korean Superhero Story

On September 5, Seo In Guk's agency revealed that the actor is considering an offer to star in Twelve, an upcoming Korean superhero drama. The series will feature 12 heroes, each representing one of the zodiac animals, who fight to protect the Korean Peninsula from evil spirits. Seo In Guk is reportedly in talks to play the hero symbolized by the monkey.

Ma Dong Seok and Ji Chang Wook Also Involved

Ma Dong Seok, known for his role in Train to Busan, is reportedly reviewing the role of Tae San, the leader of the heroes. In August last year, his agency confirmed that he is positively considering the offer. Ji Chang Wook, a fan-favorite from Healer and The K2, is also reviewing his role in the drama, and his agency shared that he has a favorable outlook on joining the project.

Reunion After 8 Years

If Seo In Guk and Ma Dong Seok are confirmed, it will mark their first reunion since the 2016 drama Squad 38, a project that received widespread acclaim. The prospect of seeing these top actors working together again has already sparked excitement among fans.

Twelve is expected to release next year and promises to bring a fresh take on the superhero genre with a unique Korean twist.
