Chinmoy Krishna Das Arrested: Tensions between India and Bangladesh have escalated to new heights after the arrest of ISKCON-linked Hindu guru Chinmoy Krishna Das in Bangladesh. In the wake of continued reports of increasing violence and discrimination against Hindus in the country, Jagadguru Shri Rambhadracarya has strongly condemned the arrest. In a fiery statement, he said that if Bangladesh does not change its stance, "we will teach them our way." He said that the Indian government is already in talks with Bangladesh to resolve the issue peacefully but if necessary, India will take further steps.

The arrest of Chinmoy Krishna Das, who is charged with sedition by the Bangladeshi authorities, has led to widespread protests in India and Bangladesh. Immediately after the arrest, thousands of Hindus took to the streets, demanding justice for the guru and clashed with supporters of the BNP and Jamaat-e-Islami, injuring over 50 Hindus. Rambhadracarya emphasized that the Hindu community should remain united. He said, "It will help defeat the evil forces that are bent on disrupting this community." He further stated that he would pray for the same unity when he goes to Ayodhya to pray so that Lord Ram blesses the community with strength and solidarity.

Following these incidents, the Indian government has expressed its serious concern regarding the treatment of Hindus in Bangladesh and is monitoring the situation very closely.
