Aimed at addressing delays and legal hurdles in hiring, the CM has instructed KPSC to adopt a structured timetable similar to that of the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC). This initiative seeks to ensure timely announcements and streamlined procedures for various departmental recruitments, especially concerning the reservations under Article 371J.

Directive for Reform: Chief Minister Siddaramaiah has mandated that KPSC operate under a fixed schedule akin to the UPSC, enhancing the efficiency of the recruitment process in Karnataka.
