Ghaziabad’s Sampoorna Samadhan Divas: District Magistrate Addresses Grievances at Loni Tehsil; Only 14 of 181 Complaints Resolved

The initiative, aimed at addressing public grievances, saw a mixed outcome in terms of resolving issues.

 

Ghaziabad, [Date] — Under the guidance of District Magistrate Indra Vikram Singh, the monthly “Sampoorna Samadhan Divas” was observed across Ghaziabad’s three tehsils on the first Saturday of the month. The initiative, aimed at addressing public grievances, saw a mixed outcome in terms of resolving issues.

Loni Tehsil

At Loni Tehsil, 87 complaints were received during the event presided over by District Magistrate Singh. Despite the large number of grievances, only four complaints were resolved on-site. The event was attended by Chief Development Officer Abhinav Gopal, GDA Secretary Rajesh Kumar Singh, SDM Rajendra Kumar Shukla, and ACP Loni, among other officials.

Modinagar and Sadar Tehsils

In Modinagar Tehsil, led by SDM Dr. Pooja Gupta, 42 complaints were filed. Only three of these complaints were resolved immediately. ACP Modinagar Gyan Prakash Rai and Tehsildar Arun Kumar were present during this session.

Sadar Tehsil, overseen by ADM City Gambhir Singh, recorded 52 complaints. Out of these, seven were resolved on the spot. SDM Sadar Arun Dixit and other relevant officials attended the event.

Nutritional Awareness Rally Launched

Prior to the grievance redressal event, District Magistrate Singh flagged off a nutrition awareness rally organized by the Child Development Project in Loni. Addressing Anganwadi workers, Singh emphasized the importance of September’s Nutrition Awareness Month. He urged workers to promote nutrition through rallies, morning walks, and home visits, highlighting the role of balanced diets in combating malnutrition.

Chief Development Officer Abhinav Gopal also administered an oath to make the district malnutrition-free.

This month’s “Sampoorna Samadhan Divas” highlights the ongoing efforts and challenges in addressing local grievances and enhancing public welfare in Ghaziabad.
