Mahipal Dhanda’s control over both school and higher education indicates an emphasis on reforming the state’s education system. Aarti Rao’s appointment to Health, Medical Education, and AYUSH highlights the focus on improving public health infrastructure, especially post-pandemic.

Similarly, portfolios like Agriculture and Social Justice, assigned to Shyam Singh Rana and Krishan Kumar, respectively, show the government’s commitment to addressing the needs of farmers, marginalized communities, and welfare schemes.

Retaining key departments while distributing others strategically among his ministers, the government is poised to address critical sectors such as education, infrastructure, and welfare.
