Madness For Diljit and Coldplay Concert Ticket Can Land You In Trouble! Big Frauds Going On.. Raids Across 5 States

ED raids uncover a massive fake ticket network for Diljit Dosanjh and Coldplay concerts, confiscating devices and targeting financial networks. Amid high demand, Dosanjh adds extra dates, offering more fans a chance to attend.

The Enforcement Directorate busted an illegal ticket sales network related to an upcoming concert of superstar Diljit Dosanjh and the renowned global entity Coldplay in a sweeping crackdown. Raids across five states - Delhi, Maharashtra, Rajasthan, Karnataka, and Punjab - uncovered fraudulent ticket selling operations at 13 places suspected of being involved in potential money laundering activities.

According to an ED investigation, fraudsters were selling fake tickets through social media platforms such as Instagram, WhatsApp, and Telegram. When tickets were scheduled to be released on platforms like Zomato and BookMyShow, fans went overboard with demand, and real tickets would become scarce, giving fraudsters a great opportunity.

Confiscated items from these raids included mobile phones, laptops, and SIM cards of the network dealing in the fake tickets. The ED's main objective of conducting these raids is to trace the illicit proceeds and dismantle the financial channels involved in these ticket sales scams.

The much-awaited shows of Diljit Dosanjh would begin on October 26 in Delhi and close in Guwahati on December 29 amongst his "Dil-Luminati" tour. The skyrocketing demand has already resulted in extra dates being announced, which will be added as a special show in Delhi on October 27 and Jaipur on November 3.

Fans are advised to purchase tickets from only authorized websites and take precautions against scam. Such an investigation highlights the vulnerability of tickets being sold as a scammed product. In such regards, the ED has enhanced security measures to prevent any scamping of tickets sold by concerts at the Diljit Dosanjh and Coldplay.
