Lucknow: On the second day of the Uttar Pradesh Assembly session, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath took aim at the Samajwadi Party, making sharp remarks that led to a heated exchange with Shivpal Yadav. When Leader of Opposition Mata Prasad Pandey posed a question to CM Yogi, the Chief Minister responded with a pointed jab, saying, "You have betrayed your uncle. Poor uncle always gets deceived; it's his fate because the nephew is always afraid."

Without directly naming Shivpal Yadav, CM Yogi's comments were clearly aimed at the internal dynamics of the Samajwadi Party. In response, Shivpal Yadav fired back from the assembly floor, saying, "I am telling you now that in 2027, the Samajwadi Party will come to power, and I want to inform the Chief Minister that your Deputy CM will betray you again in 2027."
