Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman took to Twitter to address a concern made by an X user with regard to apprehensions of inflation and relief demands that picked up threads on social media.
 

Amid roaring inflation in the country, a heartfelt appeal by a middle-class citizen on social media platform X went viral, and it caught the attention of Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman. The user, Tushar Sharma, expressed his admiration for what the government is doing and urged for relief measures that would ease the financial burden among the middle class.

Nirmala Sitharaman Responds to Middle-Class Relief Plea

Sharma then tagged Finance Minister in his post and said, We really appreciate your efforts and contributions to the nation and have a big respect for you. I humbly request you to consider providing some relief to the middle class. I understand challenges involved but this is heartfelt plea. 

In a riposte full of grace, Sitharaman respected his concerns and acknowledged gratitude for the kind words. She wrote, Thank you for your understanding and appreciation. I recognize and value your concerns. The Modi government is a responsive administration that listens to the voices of its people and pays attention to their inputs. Thank you again for your valuable feedback.
