Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh: A shocking incident has emerged from Loni in Ghaziabad, where a young man named Jagjit Singh Rana took his own life by hanging. The tragic event has gained widespread attention after a video recorded by the deceased went viral on social media. In the video, Jagjit Singh is seen advising his friends against marriage and holding his wife and her family responsible for his suicide.

 

Allegations Against Wife and In-Laws

Jagjit Singh goes on to accuse his wife and her family of mentally harassing him, leading to his decision to end his life. He names his father-in-law, Brijesh Kumar Solanki, his brother-in-law, Shivam Solanki, his wife, Umakant alias Gudiya, and his mother-in-law, Kusum Devi, as the people responsible for his distress. He claims that the continuous false accusations and pressure from his wife's family had made his life unbearable. His in-laws reside in Sikandrabad, Bulandshahr district.

Appeal to Authorities

In the video, Jagjit Singh pleads with the police to take strict action against those he holds responsible for his suicide. He further requests that none of his property should go to his wife or her family and that everything should be given to his children, though he expresses doubt about their parentage. In his final appeal, Jagjit asks that his last rites be performed by the government and administration, not by his family.

Upon receiving the information, the police arrived at the scene and took possession of the body, which has been sent for post-mortem examination. The case has sparked widespread concern, and an investigation is underway to determine the circumstances leading to the young man's tragic death.
