Greater Noida Metro commuters can now enjoy faster, easier ticketing with the launch of 88 new vending machines across 21 stations. Key locations like Sector 51, Pari Chowk, and Knowledge Park now have machines to cut wait times and decongest counters, allowing passengers to buy tickets without delays. Launched by NMRC Managing Director Dr. Lokesh M, this upgrade aims to ease peak-hour travel for over 65,000 daily riders, ensuring a smooth journey. Ticket counters will remain open for those who prefer traditional purchasing, highlighting NMRC’s commitment to commuter convenience and efficiency.

Greater Noida Aqua Line Adds 88 Ticket Machines

This will also make the journey of all the commuters traveling through the metro in Greater Noida easy and faster. New ticket vending machines would be installed at different Metro stations of Greater Noida to reduce waiting times and ease the ticketing process of the Noida-Greater Noida Aqua Line.

Easy Ticketing

To decongest ticket counters, vending machines have been installed at 88 places across 21 stations. Machines are ready at major stations like Sector 51, Pari Chowk, and Knowledge Park in 15, eight, and eight places, respectively. Passengers no more have to wait in line to buy tickets. For that matter, if a person still wants to purchase his ticket from the counters, that is okay-the ticket counters will remain functional.

NMRC Managing Director Dr. Lokesh M, on Tuesday launched the new vending machines for a major upgrade in the metro system. It is going to make traveling peak hours much smoother since there will be fewer frustrations over peak-hour travels for most commuters.
