Greater Noida: Neighbor Murders Widow in Jarcha Over Love Affair Dispute
A murder in broad daylight shook the locality of Jarcha area under the jurisdiction of Greater Noida police force, where a 32-year-old woman, Nargis, was killed by her neighbor Shahrukh over a love affair between them for quite some time. Nargis had recently started talking to another man which infuriated Shahrukh, who then finally lost patience after being repeatedly ignored by Nargis and entered her home and slashed her throat fatally.
Greater Noida: A young widow, 32-year-old Nargis, was found murdered by her neighbor, Shahrukh, at Jarcha police station area, Greater Noida. The incident is said to have happened due to a love affair dispute. Long-term girlfriend Nargis and her boyfriend Shahrukh had an affair for some time, but things turned sour when Nargis started exchanging notes with another man. Often, Shahrukh requested Nargis to stop talking to the other man, but she wouldn't hear of it. In a fit of rage, at night, Shahrukh entered Nargis's home, slit her throat with a knife, and ran away.
The incident took place around 1:00 AM in the Kalonda village area of Jarcha. While Nargis was killed, her daughter and mother-in-law were staying in the house but could not interfere. Police have arrested the accused Shahrukh, and further investigation is still underway. The police have taken the body into their possession and got it sent for a postmortem.
According to Ashok Kumar, Additional DCP, Greater Noida, a case is initiated, and the police are making all attempts to seek justice for Nargis.
