Greater Noida: Raksha Bandhan Theft Spree! Thieves Steal Cash, Jewellery From Three Locked Houses

Greater Noida: In a shocking incident on the festive day of Raksha Bandhan, thieves targeted three locked houses in Sector P3 of the Beta 2 police station area. The families, who had left their homes to celebrate the festival with their relatives, returned to find their houses ransacked.

The unidentified thieves managed to break into the three houses, stealing cash, jewelry, and other valuables worth lakhs of rupees. The exact amount of cash and the value of the stolen items are yet to be determined.

The incident has raised concerns among the residents of the area, who are now urging the authorities to increase security measures, especially during the festive season when many families leave their homes unattended.

The Beta 2 police have registered a case and launched an investigation to track down the culprits. The authorities are reviewing CCTV footage from the area to identify the suspects involved in the thefts.
