Man Assaults Woman Friend in Dadri, Police Arrests Accused

According to the police, they have known each other since their college days but are friends. They say the fight allegedly started with a dispute, which then turned into a full-scale fight. During this altercation, Surya allegedly slapped the woman and that the scuffle between the two even tore off Surya's clothes.
