YEIDA Plot Scheme 2024: Nearly 2,000 Residential Plots Announced for Diwali

YEIDA announces Diwali 2024 plot scheme with nearly 2,000 residential plots available in sizes from 60 to 300 sq. meters. Applications open from October 22, 2024.

As part of its festive offerings, the Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA) is all set to announce a bumper plot scheme for Diwali 2024. This time, YEIDA plans to offer nearly 2,000 plots, a significant increase compared to the 361 plots offered in the previous scheme. The new scheme will cater to various plot sizes, including 60, 90, 120, 162, 200, and 300 square meters, ensuring that people from all financial backgrounds can participate.

2,000 Plots on Offer

Following the success of the previous plot scheme, YEIDA will release this new scheme with smaller plots to attract a wider audience. The previous scheme offered larger plots, with some reaching up to 4,000 square meters, whereas this time, the focus will be on smaller plots to accommodate a more diverse group of buyers. According to the available information, the notification for this scheme is expected to be released on October 22, 2024, offering a Diwali gift to potential buyers.

How to Apply?

Starting October 22, applicants will be able to apply for the scheme through YEIDA's official website. Once the notification is live, a link will be provided on the website, and interested individuals can follow the step-by-step process to complete their application. The process is expected to be straightforward, requiring all relevant information to be filled out as prompted by the online form.

High Demand Expected

In the previous YEIDA scheme offering 361 plots, over 200,000 applications were received, showing the high demand for residential plots in the region. With the upcoming scheme catering to smaller plots, it is anticipated that the number of applicants will significantly increase. This scheme aims to provide residential plots for people from various economic backgrounds, making it a more inclusive offering.

YEIDA’s Broader Development Plans

Apart from the plot scheme, YEIDA recently inaugurated the NAEC Apparel Park site office in Greater Noida. The authority’s expansion efforts now include not just plot and flat allocations but also a focus on job creation. The new park will host several companies and is expected to generate employment for approximately 300,000 individuals.
