Caller ID is Your Friend!
Always verify the identity of any caller before picking up the phone. Scammers love to play pretend, so don't let them fool you!
Skip the Video Calls with Strangers!
And do not accept any video call from an unknown person. And never, ever remit money because some caller asked you to.
No WhatsApp Business, for sure!
You never hear of government agencies sending you official business on WhatsApp or Skype. Do not fall for that!
Do Not Panic—Think Before You Act!
Most scammers are using social engineering tricks to frighten you and push you against time. When you have pressure, take time, stand back, and think before doing something.

Notify Your Bank When You Get Scammed!
Immediately notify the bank as well as the cybercrime department when you get scammed.
Think Before You Click!
Only click on attachments and files if you know where the source is coming from. They could be loaded with malware wanting to wreak havoc!
