Dinesh Karthik: RCB's New Batting Coach to Play for Southern Superstars in Legends League

Dinesh Karthik, the newly appointed batting coach for the Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB), will make a return to the field in the upcoming Legends League Cricket (LLC) and South Africa T20 League. Karthik, who has played 257 IPL matches and scored 4,842 runs with 22 half-centuries, will captain the Southern Superstars in the LLC 2024 season.

Previously, Karthik was known for his extensive career and high performance, including a record for the most matches played by a wicketkeeper since MS Dhoni. Alongside his new role in LLC, Karthik is set to compete in the South Africa T20 League with the Paarl Royals, who have signed him.

This move marks a significant shift for Karthik, who retired from IPL but continues to engage in various league cricket formats, reflecting his ongoing passion for the sport.
