IPL 2025 Mega Auction: Complete Details Revealed

The highly anticipated IPL 2025 Mega Auction is set to take place on November 24 and 25, 2024, in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) announced the list of 574 players who will go under the hammer.

The player pool brings with it some of the biggest names in international cricket, including England's James Anderson, Cameron Green, Jos Buttler, and Kagiso Rabada. Of course, among the Indian stars are KL Rahul, Rishabh Pant, and Shreyas Iyer. There are also a sizeable number of uncapped players going to be auctioned, which includes 318 Indian uncapped players and 12 uncapped foreign players.

The most successful fast bowler in Test cricket, with 704 wickets, will attract a base price of ₹1.25 crore. It will be a big return to the auction room for the veteran pacer who has not featured since 2012 in the IPL auctions.
