Top 3 Most Successful IPL Teams: Since its inception in 2008, the coveted IPL has gone on to become a world-class cricket event and a mammoth platform for young talent who aspire to represent their countries. With five IPL titles, CSK shares the record for the most championships with the Mumbai Indians. Their consistent performances and impressive track record make them a powerhouse in the tournament. Since its beginning, CSK has played 225 matches, securing victory in 131 of them, making a brilliant win percentage of 58.22%. The team has also appeared in a record 10 finals and qualified for the playoffs 12 times.

In the 2018 edition which saw them having a remarkable comeback post-ban. During the COVID era, they returned to lift their fourth title after a poor 2020 season.
