Seema Singh, the daughter-in-law of the promoter family of Alkem Laboratories, has bought a ₹185 crore luxurious Seaview apartment in Mumbai's elite Worli area. It has emerged as the second biggest property deal in the financial capital for 2024.

Who is Seema Singh?

Seema Singh is married to Mritunjay Singh, a second-generation member of the Alkem Laboratories family. Alkem Laboratories is an Indian multinational pharmaceutical company based out of India, which was originally established in 1973 by Samprada Singh and Vasudeva Narayan Singh, native Jehanabad, Bihar, natives.

Description of Apartment

It covers 14,866 square feet on the 30th floor of the Lodha Sea Face Tower's A-Wing. It boasts one of the most panoramic views of the Arabian Sea and has positioned it in the league of premium, exclusive properties of Mumbai. The Lodha Group is credited with designing this tower, which boasts its rich luxuries and elite location.

Deal Highlights

The deal, sealed on December 11, 2024, had a stamp duty payment of ₹9.25 crore, with the property bought at ₹1.24 lakh per square foot. This puts Seema Singh's new residence just ₹15 crore less than Shahrukh Khan's iconic Mannat.
