Under this new proposal, a student can cancel or reschedule his flight booking at no addition charge, especially keeping in mind the irregular timetables of students usually. 6% discount on the base fare is also included in the package. A 10-kilogram additional baggage allowance has also been provided. IndiGo noted that it would be especially beneficial to students with extra books or course materials. This offer is available for students aged 12 and above, upon presentation of a valid student ID card at check-in. Failure to provide appropriate identification will result in charges applicable to regular fares.
Available on Domestic Flights Only
Such a facility can be booked only within the country. It cannot be transferred to another individual. The promotion can be availed of through direct bookings on the website or application offered by IndiGo.
