Though the brands have not finalized the partnership with a binding agreement, Hyundai plans to contribute its global expertise in technology, design, and engineering. Meanwhile, TVS Motor is exploring opportunities related to manufacturing and marketing. Sharad Mishra, President of Group Strategy at TVS Motor, expressed pride in the potential partnership with Hyundai, stating, "We aim to develop next-generation micro-mobility solutions that redefine last-mile connectivity. This collaboration reflects our commitment to innovation and sustainability."

Innovative Electric Three-Wheeler Design

The electric three-wheeler showcased by Hyundai features innovative design elements that focus on eco-friendliness and versatility. Hyundai claims the vehicle can be used for both personal and cargo transport. The compact design enables easy maneuverability through narrow streets, and the body can be lifted to help the vehicle navigate through waterlogged areas, a key consideration for India’s unique urban conditions.

Hyundai aims to localize production of the three-wheeler while exploring global markets for its micro four-wheeler.
