Lava Yuva 4 Launched in India: iPhone 16 Pro-Inspired Design Under Rs 10,000

Lava has officially unveiled its Lava Yuva 4, another budget smartphone priced at Rs 10,000 and below. The design itself is inspired by the iPhone 16 Pro, while on the inside, there is a plethora of strong contenders in the affordable segment that this device has to go against.

The Lava Yuva 4 comes in three color options: Glossy White, Glossy Purple, and Glossy Black. The device is available in two storage variants—4GB + 64GB and 4GB + 128GB. The phone carries forward some of the features of its predecessor, the Lava Yuva 3, but improves upon its design and software.

Lava Yuva 4: Specifications

• Display: The smartphone has a 6.5-inch HD+ display with a smooth 90Hz refresh rate, which gives it an enhanced visual experience.
• Processor & Performance: The device is powered by the Unisoc T-606 processor paired with the Mali-G57 MC2 GPU, which ensures decent performance for everyday tasks.
• Battery: It has a large 5,000mAh battery and supports 10W charging, giving it long-lasting battery life.
• Camera: The Yuva 4 comes with a 50MP rear camera, which provides clear and sharp images, and an 8MP front camera for selfies.
• Storage & RAM: The phone is available in two variants, 4GB + 64GB and 4GB + 128GB, and supports expandable storage via microSD card.
• Software: The device runs on Android 14 and will be eligible for future updates, including Android 15.

The additional features include a fingerprint scanner on the side, USB-C port, 3.5mm headphone jack, and 4G VoLTE connectivity. It also comes with a warranty of one year and at-home service free of cost.

Pricing and Availability

The Lava Yuva 4 will be priced at Rs 6,999 for the base model with 4GB + 64GB. The company hasn't revealed the pricing of the 4GB + 128GB model. The phone will be available in Lava's retail outlets from this month itself.
