New Delhi: Tata Tigor EV, is on the top list of many car buyers this year. The car is available in three models – XE, XM, and XZ+. The 2021 model is primarily focused on private buyers. However, the recently launched Xpress-T model of the Tigor EV is mainly focused on fleet operators.
Powertrain and Charging
The powertrain is the new feature in Tigor EV, its electric engine produces 75hp and 170Nm. The Tigor EV’s battery pack is a 26kWh Lithium-particle unit, which alongside the electric engine has been appraised to IP67 water and dust proofing principles. The Tigor EV is able to do quick charging and can be charged up from 0 to 80 percent in just an hour.
The Ziptron Tigor EV has a guaranteed ARAI scope of 306km, which is impressively more than the more than other models.

Exterior
In terms of exterior design, the new Tigor EV is similar to the Tigor facelift. The new Tigor EV has a gloss black panel with an electric blue accent. The Tigor EV is available in two different color options Signature Teal Blue and Daytona Grey.
Interior
In terms of interior, the car design looks quite similar to the older Tigor. Whereas, it has blue accents on the interiors too. The gear lever has been replaced with a rotary dial for the drive mode selector. The new Tigor EV has a 7.0-inch touchscreen infotainment system that supports both Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, iRA connected car tech, 4 speakers and 4 tweeters, automatic climate control, and a digital instrument cluster.
Price
The Tata Tigor EV is priced at Rs 13.99-16.85 lakh which is affordable with many features. As far as security is concerned, the Tigor EV gets double airbags, ABS with EBD, backstopping sensors, backstopping camera, and seat belt update. The car has also got a 4-star Global NCAP rating for the Tigor EV.
