All-new safety features for the 2023 Hyundai Verna

On March 21, the new Hyundai Verna is set to be on sale. Reservations are presently available for a nominal fee of Rs 25,000 both online and at approved dealerships. The new Verna will continue to compete against sedans like the Volkswagen Virtus, Maruti Ciaz, Honda City, and Skoda Slavia. Hyundai has confirmed the beginning of new Verna production at the business factory in Chennai ahead of its introduction.

For optimal energy flow distribution, the all-new Hyundai VERNA has been engineered to increase body rigidity and improve structural connectedness. The Press Shop at Hyundai’s manufacturing facility, where the brand-new Hyundai VERNA is made, showcases the science behind this Superstructure. To ensure the shell complies with the highest standards of build quality, smart inspection techniques like 3D scanning and infrared camera inspection are used.

The all-new Hyundai VERNA delivers structural reinforcement with increased thickness of the side reinforcement and material addition in centre & front floor application to guarantee that passengers are cocooned in a cabin of safety. The whole list of safety features offered with the 2023 Verna has been made public by Hyundai.

Safety features for the 2023 Hyundai Verna

The Hyundai Verna will have more than 65 safety measures in 2023. 30 of these safety measures will be required for all models. The new generation Verna’s main standard safety features are listed below.

Characteristics of the 2023 Hyundai Verna with ADAS

Hyundai SmartSense – Level 2 ADAS features will be available on the 2023 Verna. For full protection in all driving circumstances, even foggy ones, New Verna combines automated sensing technology with radars (front and rear), sensors, and cameras (front) to detect obstacles on the road and to initiate corrective action & warnings. The 2023 Verna’s ADAS features are shown below.
