Ampere, a brand of electric two-wheelers from Greaves Electric Mobility Pvt. Ltd., has introduced the new Primus RCB edition to mark the company’s partnership with the Royal Challengers Bangalore franchise in the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2023. This week’s T20 championship began sooner than usual, and Ampere will make many announcements as part of the association. Pre-orders for the Ampere Primus RCB Edition will cost Rs 499.
Limited quantities of the Ampere Primus RCB edition will be produced. In each home game, a special edition electric scooter will be given to a noteworthy squad member. The cost of the new Primus RCB Edition has not yet been disclosed.
The CEO and Executive Director of Greaves Electric Mobility Private Ltd, Sanjay Behl, said on the partnership: “Ampere Primus is a premium electric scooter from Ampere that is well suited for multiple usage needs of any Indian family. For contemporary, affluent millennial commuters, it holds a lot of attraction. The Ampere Primus RCB Edition boasts a 3.4 kW PMS electric motor and claims to go from 0 to 40 kilometres per hour in 4.2 seconds, with a top speed of 77 kilometres per hour. The LFP battery pack that powers the scooter has a one lakh mile lifespan.
The battery can be fully charged in five hours and has a 107 km range on a single charge. Three riding modes, combi braking, and 22 litres of storage space are additional features.
