SP 125 has been upgraded by Honda Motorbike & Scooter India (HMSI). Starting at Rs 85,131, ex-showroom, the new 2023 Honda SP 125 has been introduced in India. Two variations of this 125cc premium commuter motorbike are available, and it now has an OBD-2 compatible engine to comply with the current emission rules.
Two versions of the new Honda SP 125 are available. The front disc brake with alloy wheels will sell for Rs 89,131, while the front drum brake with alloy wheels has a price of Rs 85,131. These prices are ex-showroom Delhi. The Hero Glamour, Hero Super Splendor, Honda Shine, TVS Raider, etc. are just a few of the 125cc commuter motorcycles that the Honda SP 125 competes against.
What’s new for the 2023 Honda SP 125?
Honda has revised the SP 125 for the year 2023, making it compliant with the OBD-2 emission standards that will go into effect in April of this year. A 123.94cc, single-cylinder, air-cooled, fuel-injected engine powers the Honda SP 125. With a 5-speed transmission, this engine produces 10.7 horsepower and 10.9 Nm of torque. The SP 125 is also available with a new Mat Marvel Blue Metallic paint job and a bigger 100mm rear tyre from Honda.
