Hyundai India has done the unimaginable, after being the only manufacturer who has created a dent into Suzuki’s sales. And Hyundai just seems to be working against increasing this dent by launches just like the Creta Knight edition. Hyundai has made some serious cosmetic as well as feature changes to the car.

Hyundai Creta is a venerable name in the Indian Auto industry and competes against the likes of Tata Harrier Nissan kicks as well as the Lower Variants of the Xuv 700 now. Speaking at the launch, Tarun Garg, Director (Sales, Marketing and Service), Hyundai Motor India Ltd. said, “As we truly believe in enriching customer experiences throughout their life, we have a vast portfolio of SUVs that cater to the diverse needs of new age customers, facilitating them to live the Hyundai SUV Life. With the launch of the new CRETA Knight Edition, we are once again offering customers an exciting choice of SUV that matches their aspirations with bold and sporty design enhancements.”
Changes in the Creta knight Edition
Hyundai Creta Knight Edition shares the same design as the regular Creta SUV. The only noticeable changes are the Red inserts on front grille and front caliper, blacked out front grille and glossy black front and rear skid plates, blacked out door handles, C-pillar garnish, side sill garnish, roof rails, ORVMs, shark fin antenna and blackened tail lamp inserts. The Hyundai emblem is finished in Dark chrome and Dark Metal colored alloy wheels and so on (16 inch on S+ and 17 inch in SX(O)). A Knight Edition emblem is also added to the car.

Variants Knight edition is available with
The Knight edition is only available in S+ and SX(O) variants, its available with both Petrol as well as Diesel options Engine options. The knight variant as of now is not available with Turbo variants. The 1.5 litre naturally aspirated petrol engine comes with a 6-speed manual transmission and a IVT gearbox. The 1.5 litre turbo diesel engine is available with a 6-speed manual and a 6-speed automatic transmission. The price for the 6-speed manual petrol version is Rs 13.51 lakh, ex-showroom and the IVT version is Rs 17.22 lakh, ex-showroom. The diesel S+ variant manual is priced at Rs 14.47 lakh, ex-showroom. The 6-speed automatic transmission is priced at Rs 18.18 lakh.
Changes To The Interior
As This is the knight edition the interior gets modified inserts on the seats as well as the AC vents . Red stitching on the seats as well as a sport steering wheel. The Creta is Due for a facelift any prospective buyer shall remember that. Other cars from Hyundai might also get facelifts in due time.
