Glossy Charcoal Black is now the standard colour for the headlight housing, blinkers, and centre trim components.
The all-metal body and integrated charger of the Chetak Premium – 2023 Edition won’t change. According to Bajaj Auto, its supply chain has been reorganised and a number of important vendors’ development initiatives are making considerable strides. This not only guarantees the availability of more than 10,000 pieces of Chetak each month, but it also lowers expenses, making Chetak more affordable for more users.
The Chetak is already sold in more than 60 cities, and by the end of this month, Bajaj Auto hopes to expand its availability to 100 dealerships across 85 cities. Exclusive Experience Centers make up more than 40 of these stores.
According to Rakesh Sharma, Executive Director of Bajaj Auto, “We have definitely and firmly started the scale-up phase, building on the solid work done on our EV supply chain. The new Premium 2023 Edition will further bolster Chetak’s reputation for quality and dependability. Chetak’s status as the most desired electric scooter is further cemented by the new colours, the eye-catching new display console, and other superbly constructed features.
The rapid progress of many supply chain efforts, combined with a positive outlook, enables us to grow our network, ensure its availability, and increase our product selection to meet a wide range of segments and price points. This puts us in a great position to take advantage of the EV potential that is emerging.
