New Delhi: Force Motors India revealed the new Force Gurkha for India. However, the prices are to be announced later this month on September 27, 2021, and deliveries will take place from next month. The company first showcased the car at the Auto Expo 2020. The second-generation Force Gurkha was to be launched earlier this year. But after multiple delays due to the ongoing pandemic, the car is finally launching in India.
Force Gurkha interior:
The new Force Gurkha is an all-black theme to offer a touch of premium-ness. The Force Gurkha has a new 7-inch touchscreen infotainment system, a new steering wheel with a 3-spoke design, a new gear lever, a new digital MID instrument cluster, and captain seats for all passengers. The car also offers dual airbags, mobile charging ports, a tyre pressure monitoring system, panoramic side windows, power windows for all seats, central locking, and Follow Me Home lights.
The new Gurkha is offered in a 3-door and a 5-door version, with several updates to its exterior. Upfront, the new Gurkha features a new set of LED headlamps with integrated DRLs, and a new single-slat grille. If we talk about the back, the LED tail lamps are redesigned which gives a new look to the car. The front bumper, ORVMs, and snorkel are redesigned to give a new look.
Force Gurkha engine:
The brand-new Force Gurkha will feature a BS6 2.6-liter diesel engine with 90bhp and 260Nm of peak torque with a 5-speed manual transmission. It also features an independent front suspension and a rigid rear axle.
