New Venue Spotted testing
The car being spotted while testing near Chennai Hyundai Manufacturing Plant by Auto Car ,Leads us to believe that the car would soon be out to Outpace its newly face lifted competitor The new Vitara Brezza .The Venue would get an styling update with the front fascia now being designed to look more the top of the line Hyundai SUV’S like the Tuscon , which is India bound as well. At the rear the new designed L shaped tail maps would lead to the newly designed boot lid and the bumpers at the front as well as the rear would also get major redesigns to compliment the over all new styling.
New Interior
While details about the new interior haven’t been revealed yet , we are sure it would be similar to the changes seen on the new age Creta as well as the i20, the car would get a full digital information cluster as well as a steering mounted controls.
Venue to get a N-Line version
The venue as reported by Auto Car would also get a N-line version just like the i20 and this would increase the no of offerings in the market for Hyundai as well, the N- line version has also been spotted testing earlier as is all set to receive a remodeled front as well as rear bumper with dual exhaust tips poking out , the car would get a similar engine as the i20 N line with a 999 cc turbocharged engine mated to an 7 speed DCT as well as a Imt on option.
Engine Options
Engine options for the standard Venue are expected to continue as is – a 1.2-litre petrol and a 1.5-litre diesel. It remains to be seen whether the 1.0-litre turbo-petrol will be offered on the non-N Line Venue with the facelift.
The new Venue’s Pricing would be revealed around 20th June , around the same time the new Vitara Brezza would be launched as well. The car is a direct competitor to the Suzuki’s SUV , while the car would also go against the likes of the KIA Sonet , Tata Nexon as well as the XUV 300.
