Bad times for Ola mobility scooters never seem to end with first there being fires and scooters getting caught in technical glitches to a recent full on dissolution in the front end. The image in itself has gone viral over the internet without any info as to how it happened.
Details Remain Unclear
While the details remain unclear the images clearly showcase how badly the front end broke loose. The actual reason behind such an accident is yet to reveal itself . While other rumor being that the front end broke loose while riding the bike. The owner hasn’t said anything officially. While the Ola S1 pro electric might be suffering from final finish issues or the panels fitment problem etc a full on dissolution of the front end hasn’t been heard of yet in any other case.
Its highly probable that the error was in this unit only which went missed in the final inspection at the factory or at the dealers. Whatever it might be but it isn’t fair from Ola to sell such poorly build mobility scooters as they might cost somebody their life.

Challenges with Fit and Finish
There has been a recent array of reports alleging the built quality of the scooter to be poor with panels and the panels not confining to each other as they should, about finish levels on the scooters being sold and the software glitches. in a recent case due to software glitch a Ola scooter was stuck in reverse and kept going at a dangerous speed.
Another case that truly showcases how inconsistent has been the build quality of these scooters, was that of the scooter spontaneously catching fire even while being parked at a road side in Pune.

Statement by the CEO
Giving his clarification on the technical glitches reported on the Ola S1 Pro, Bhavish Aggarwal, CEO of Ola Electric, said that vehicle safety holds paramount importance at Ola, and the company is committed to serving high-quality standards in its products. He also assured that the company is taking such incidents seriously, which was also confirmed by the official Twitter handle of Ola Electric when the fire incident in Pune happened. However, not much progress has happened in the matter since then.
