British automaker Jaguar Land Rover on June 16, 2021, rolled out the new Range Rover Velar in India. The vehicle starts at Rs 79.87 lakh (ex-showroom).
The Range Rover Valar is available in the R-Dynamic S trim and comes equipped with the Ingenium 2.0 l petrol and diesel powertrains.
“Range Rover Velar is one the most aspirational SUVs in India because of its peerless blend of avant-garde design, luxury, and technology,” Rohit Suri, the President & Managing Director of Jaguar Land Rover India said.
“In its latest avatar, with the introduction of new technology and convenience features, the vehicle has become more desirable than ever,” he added.
All about Range Rover Velar
The Land Rover’s new product comes equipped with a-2.0 l petrol and 2.0 l diesel engines. While the petrol engine promises to generate 246 hp of power and 365 of peak torque, the diesel unit produces 201 hp of power and 430 Nm of torque.
The new Range Rover Velar gets 3D Surround Camera, Electronic Air Suspension, Cabin Air Ionisation with PM2.5 filter, and a new Pivi Pro infotainment system. A 10-inch touchscreen is also available for entertainment and air-conditioning inside the car.
