While the Suzuki v-strom Sx has enough power to beat the Himalayan but KTM’s DOHC liquid cooled Engine produces way more power and torque for the Suzuki to beat.
Suzuki V-Strom Ground Clearance Comparison
Suzuki V-strom Sx beats the KTM in this department getting short of a few mm’s to beat the Himalayan, the Suzuki V-Strom Sx is also 10 mm longer in wheelbase to the KTM, it has 5mm additional ground clearance to the KTM and a 20 mm lower seat height than the KTM but in all these aspects other than ground clearance it gets beaten by the Royal Enfield Himalayan.

V-Strom Sx Engine
Unlike the Globally available Suzuki V–strom 250 that hails a 249 cc dual cylinder liquid cooled motor. but we get the same engine as the Gixxer250and Gixxer 250sf. The Engine churns out about 26ps of power and 22 Nm of peak torque at 7300 Rpms.
In comparison the KTM’s Engine is way more advance as its liquid cooled DOHC and produces more power and torque. While the Himalayan gets beaten up in the horse power department it does have the highest Torque of the pack though.

THE KTM being the most costly for its advance engine and modular trellis frame chassis provides most power as well , but there is a clean difference in between Suzuki V-Strom Sx and the KTM of about Rs 20k though the pricing would be flexible based on state taxes etc.

Considering the Average height of the Indian riders a lower seat height would do better in the market, THE Suzuki V-strom Sx wins over KTM in this aspect but not over the Himalayan which has the lowest seating height of the three.
