Tata Motors has increased the prices of its cars across all variants. The new prices are effective immediately and have also been updated on the Tata’s official website.
Tata Motors had on Friday announced that it is going to hike price across all variants of cars in the country. The price hike across models ranges between Rs 10,000 and Rs 36,000.
After the price hike, Tata Nexon will now cost around Rs 10,000 more for the base model. The XE variant, which was previously priced at Rs 7.09 lakh (ex-showroom), now costs Rs 7.19 lakh (ex-showroom). The price of XZA + (O) Dual Tone variant, on the other hand, has been increased to Rs 12.95 lakh (ex-showroom) from Rs 12.79 lakh (ex-showroom).
The company has increased the price of the base variant (XE) of Tata Tiago to Rs 4.99 lakh (ex-showroom) against the previous price of Rs 4.85 lakh (ex-showroom). The top-end XZA+ Dual Tone, which used to be priced at Rs 6.84 lakh will now cost Rs 6.95 lakh (ex-showroom).
Pricing for the Altroz started at £ 5.69 (excluding showroom) for its base XE Petrol variant, while the higher-end XZ Plus Diesel was £ 9.45 (excluding showroom). The prices have now been revised to 5.79 lakh and 9.55 lakh respectively. The starting price of the Tata Altroz base variant XE Petrol was Rs 5.69 lakh (ex-showroom) earlier. It now costs Rs 5.79 lakh. On the other hand, Tata has revised the price of top end version XZ Plus Diesel from Rs 9.45 lakh (ex-showroom) to Rs 9.55 lakh.
Tata Harrier SUV
The base variant XE of Harrier SUV was previously priced at Rs 13.99 lakh (ex-showroom). It is now priced at Rs 14.29 lakh. The top-spec trim XZA Plus Dual Tone, which used to cost Rs 20.45 lakh (ex-showroom, will now be available with a price tag of Rs 20.81 lakh.
Tata Safari SUV
The Tata Safari SUV XE variant was previously sold at a starting price of Rs 14.69 lakh (ex-showroom). But, it now costs Rs 14.99 lakh. Similarly, Tata has hiked the price of top variant XZA Plus from Rs 21.25 lakh (ex-showroom) to R 21.61 lakh (ex-showroom).
Tata has hiked the price of the base XE variant by almost Rs 10,000. Thus, it will now cost Rs 5.59 lakh (ex-showroom). The top variant XZA Plus will now cost Rs 7.73 lakh (ex-showroom) against the previous price of Rs 7.63 lakh.
