Toyota’s version of Maruti Suzuki Ertiga rendered ahead of Launch

Toyota may soon launch its version of Ertiga, according to an image that was recently leaked on the internet. Before this, two rebadged versions of Marut Suzuki have been launched by the automaker.

According to the leaked image, the design of the new MPV will remain largely the same as before. It will come with the same single projector headlamps. Besides different grills at its front, the vehicle will offer three chrome slats with the Toyota logo in the centre.

The side profile of the MPV Includes redesigned alloy wheels, which is the only difference between MPV and Ertiga. The rest parts of the side profile will remain the same as Maruti Suzuki Ertiga.

Engine and Transmission

Toyota’s version of Ertiga will use the same powerplant and gearbox as the Maruti Suzuki Ertiga. It means a-1.5-liter naturally aspirated engine will do its duty on the MPV.

The engine produces 104 PS of max power and 138 Nm of torque. The engine will be accompanied by a 5-speed manual gearbox or a 4-speed torque converter automatic gearbox.
