Often over the internet videos and photos of cars being pulled along on the roads with the help of donkey’s surface quite often. One such incident recently came to light when Sachin Gitte a owner of Ola s1 pro was seen on the streets attaching his scooter to a donkey and walking along. He also went to the trouble of attaching banner saying don’t buy scooter from Ola.
The Reason
As according to reports Sachin bought the scooter in September 2021 and the scooter stopped working in January 2022 Mr Gitte then called the Ola professionals who weren’t able to solve the problems he faced , frustrated and jilted Mr Gitte approached Ola several time after that but being subject to repetitive vague answers he approached such a way to bring attention to his problems.
Modern vs Traditional
It would be vital to point out that below all the marketing for the scooter S1 pro lies the truth that Ola doesn’t has a dealer network or as service station network. The scooters are delivered to your home and the Mechanics reach your home if a problem arises take the scooter with them to the repair shop wherever they are and return the sc0oter in rectified form. Ola doesn’t follow the traditional route the other brands follow
While this new way of personally reaching the customer might have its merits but till now only its demerits have come to surface in case of Ola mobility.

Ola Recalls scooters
Ola scooters have been suffering from quality issues since the day when there have been reports of them loosing the front end completely as well as catching fire and a scooter suffering from a glitch traveling in revere at speeds above 60kmph and so on amongst these the Government has also issued stern guidelines for EV manufacturers to follow and a host of companies including Okinawa auto tech , pure EV as well as Ola has re called products.
Ola recently while recalling products regarded it as a preemptive measure to ensure the scooters from the batch that caught fire are in fine form and not hazard to the people.
