Bengaluru: Chilling CCTV Footage Captures Brutal Murder of Bihar Woman in PG

Bengaluru: A horrifying CCTV clip has emerged showing the brutal murder of a 24-year-old woman, Kriti Kumari, in a Bengaluru PG. The footage reveals a narrow corridor where the assailant swiftly approached Kumari, dragged her, and repeatedly stabbed her in a fit of rage as she screamed for help. Covered in blood and quivering in pain, Kumari eventually collapsed against the wall, helpless and alone.

Despite her desperate struggle to break free, the attacker ultimately slit her throat before walking away, leaving her to succumb to her injuries on the floor. Tragically, no one came to her aid during the assault.

Kumari, an employee of a private firm, was killed by her roommate's boyfriend, who was also her colleague. The incident took place between 11:10 pm and 11:30 pm on Tuesday night. Kumari had been staying at the PG since March, and the suspect, Abhishek, would visit to see his girlfriend, who had moved into the PG on Kumari's advice due to relationship issues with Abhishek.

Sources suggest Abhishek, who had recently quit his job, believed Kumari had influenced his girlfriend to distance herself from him, possibly motivating the attack. However, the exact motive will be confirmed once Abhishek is apprehended. The investigation has been hampered by Abhishek turning off his mobile phone, making it difficult to track him. Law enforcement officials are urging anyone with information to come forward. In the meantime, police have intensified their search, forming three special teams and dispatching them to Madhya Pradesh in an effort to capture the suspect.
