Rajasthani Devotee Dies of Heart Attack Moments After Visiting Anjanadri Hill Temple
Koppal, August 30 – A tragic incident occurred today at the famous Anjanadri Hill in Gangavathi taluk, where a 63-year-old devotee from Rajasthan, Bhagchand Thak, died of a heart attack shortly after visiting the temple believed to be the birthplace of Lord Hanuman.
Bhagchand Thak, who had traveled from Rajasthan for a pilgrimage, climbed the 575 steps to reach the Anjanadri Hill temple for a darshan. However, moments after completing his visit and stepping out of the temple, he collapsed due to a sudden heart attack. Despite efforts to revive him, he was declared dead on the spot.
The incident took place within the jurisdiction of the Gangavathi Rural Police Station. Anjanadri Hill is a renowned spiritual site, attracting devotees from across the country, making this sudden death all the more shocking for fellow pilgrims and temple authorities.
