As she attempted to leap, a nearby passerby managed to grab hold of her. Simultaneously, a traffic police team from Navi Mumbai's Nhava-Sheva area arrived at the scene, and together, they successfully saved the woman's life.

Names of the Traffic Policemen
The 56-year-old woman who attempted suicide was from the Mulund area. The traffic policemen present at the scene, who played a crucial role in the rescue, have been identified as Lalit Shirsaath, Kiran Maitre, Yash Sonawane, and Mayur Patil. It is worth noting that a similar tragic incident occurred in July when a 38-year-old engineer committed suicide by jumping from the Atal Setu.
