Surat: In a dramatic incident near Mandvi Riverfront, a car plunged into the Tapi River, resulting in the miraculous rescue of four individuals.

The event occurred near the Riverfront in Mandvi Nagar. A driver was navigating the narrow road adjacent to the Tapi River when the accelerator wire of the Eeco car snapped, causing the vehicle to lose control and plunge into the river.

Rescue Operation

There were four people inside the Eeco car at the time of the incident. Displaying quick thinking, the occupants broke the car's windows and escaped just in time.

Mandvi's fire department responded swiftly to the scene to extract the vehicle from the river. Using a JCB machine, the fire team successfully retrieved the Eeco car from the water.
