In 2010, Jeff Bezos wanted to close Amazon’s email marketing following customers’ embarrassment over getting emails related to personal lubricants. The customers realised it after watching personal lubricants on the official website of the company.

Jeff Bezos takes customer service very seriously. He doesn’t hesitate to communicate with customers directly. Amazon CEO allows customers to email him directly. He forwards the emails to the concerned department or employees whenever he finds any actual problem. After getting an email, the employees are supposed to resolve issues of the customers.
